Cisco 9200 stuck in rommon mode

Hello everyone , i've problem with my cisco 9200 switch it stucked in rommon mode after reset. 


here some information :

boot: attempting to boot from [flash:packages.conf]
boot: reading file packages.conf
Unable to read ExtX super block

ERROR: failed to boot from flash:packages.conf (Invalid Parameter)


switch: dir flash:
Unable to read ExtX super block
Error[1]: Failed to list directory!

Reach out to the Cisco AM/SE.  

Alternatively, proof of delivery is acceptable.
