cisco 9300 switch not accepting any configuration

hi guys 
Our migration project is going on, we have brought 9300 new switch but it is not letting us give ip default route command nor if we configure vlans  switch is not taking the configuration .
What can be issue ?

@kirank10 can you share error messages with commands which you tried. also the os version and exact model number of switch is required.

Hi guys
when i configured the SVI for VLANs 10 and 20, the switch created the corresponding VLANs in the VLAN database, making them visible.

i guess this behavior is expected , as configuring an SVI is a way to create and configure VLANs on a Cisco switch.
