Hi All,

Can anyone tell me what the 12x1/10/25g ports on the C9300x-12y-a are actually called?

Do they appear as (say) tengig1/0/1 ?

Depends on the firmware version.  Older version will depend on what optics is plugged in, for example, if a GLC-SX-MMD is connected to port 1 then the interface will be called Gi1/0/1.  Any configuration entered into Ten 1/0/1 or Twe 1/0/1 will not be accepted.

In later 17.x.x, if the same GLC-SX-MMD is connected to port 1, it is fine for the configuration to be entered in Twe 1/0/1.

Hi,

That is correct. Since the 9300 is stackable, it starts with 1/0/1, 1/0/2, etc.
