This has been an over two month long issue. Initially there was a power outage and the 9407 was impacted. After power came back up, the second supervisor showed a fault...it showed in a disabled state (sho redundancy and sho module). We eventually replaced it, it showed that it was Standby Hot (sso). A month later I received an email that it was back to disabled. I reseated it and it returned to Standby Hot.....only to return to a disabled state the next day.
I also noticed that when the supervisor is in a disabled state that sho tech-support hangs. It never finishes and I have to create a new session in order to continue working. There are currently three sessions open

What does the logs say when the line card gets disabled?
Post the complete output to the following commands:
show logging onboard rp standby uptime detail
show logging onboard slot <STANDBY SLOT> uptime detail
Let's start with those and see where it takes us.

how tech-support custom [ source-file] file-location
instead of show tech-support in terminal which I think issue here
export the tech file to TFTP server and from there open it as text
