Cisco C1000 Controller Port Error in Trunk Mode

When I configure a interface to "switchport mode trunk" and connect another switch to it, I'll get this error message and the port does not come up.

%PM-4-ERR_DISABLE: inline-power error detected on Gi1/0/1, putting Gi1/0/1 in err-disable state
%ILPOWER-5-IEEE_DISCONNECT: Interface Gi1/0/1: PD removed
%ILPOWER-3-CONTROLLER_PORT_ERR: Controller port error, Interface Gi1/0/1: Power Controller reports mosfet fault

Interfaces from both switch are configured "switchport mode trunk." If I use this command "power inline never" on the C1000 interface then the port will come up and everything will work. Has anyone had this issue?
