Cisco Catalyst 2960-S Switch - Trouble with Biot

Recently just started with gutted out 3 2960 switches. Copied over new image files using Xmodem in Rommon mode, set the baud rate to 115200 to speed up the process. Booted to new image, copied run config to start up config reset the switch, set the baud rate to 9600 in Rommon mode, rebooted router, started booting up just fine and then before it asks for the initial configuration it gave me those weird characters. Any help would be apperciated

this is because of baudrate, test with the one you made earlier higher one see if that works.
