Cisco Catalyst 2960-x Series Doesn't turn on

Good day everyone! I have a problem with my Cisco Catalyst 2960-x Series switch. It does not show any signs of life, only SYST is lit, and STAT, SPEED, STACK are blinking. What to do? How to solve this problem? I can't understand...

 Did you try to power off the switch, press the mode button, power on the switch and hold the mode button for 20 seconds or until SYS led goes solid and release mode button?

Yes, I tried to do this, but unfortunately it doesn’t help. The STAT, SPEED, STACK indicators flash 3 times and go out and then flash again 3 times and this process is repeated again and again

What do you get on the console?

There everything was decided by sending the switch to a service center to service the equipment and replace spare parts, since I myself cannot repair or replace anything on the switch, I am of course upset. And I am grateful to you for your responsiveness and full support.
