Cisco Catalyst 3650-48PD uplink ports mixing 1Gig and 10Gig SFP's

I have a question on mixing 1Gig SFP's with 10Gig SPF's. I have a customer who added 2 1Gig SFP's in port Gi1/1/1 and Gi1/1/2 then tried to add a 10Gig SFP+ to port Te1/1/3 and a 1gig SFP to port Te1/1/4. I'm not positive but this will not work because I believe you can only add in pairs 2 1gig and 2 10gig or all 4 1Gigs to those ports correct? Uplink ports

Thanks

That is correct. Usually, what I have seen is that 2 and 2 will work fine.

Glad to know the issue is resolved.

It depends on the type of uplink module the customer purchased with the switch.

see table-2 for combination

Thank you, by removing the 1gig SFP in port Te1/1/4 the 10gig port came up in port Te1/1/3 so it looks like you need to use all 4 ports as 1gig SFP's or first 2 as 1gig and last 2 as 10gig SFP+. I cant add 3 1gig and 1 10Gig didn't work for me.
