Cisco Catalyst 3850 XS 10G - No Gigabit Ports showing in Interfaces

Hello, I am not a noob but also not an expert. I have worked with CLI before. 

Can someone help understand why this swtich is showing no interfaces for Gigabit? Only Telnet and Port-Channel. 

Also, the FLASH shows a ton of files and I am not able to Delete - READ ONLY.

Regarding the Flash issue, refer to this link:

As for 10Gig ports, your switch has 24 1/10 ports but the config only shows them as 10Gig..
