Cisco Catalyst 4507R-E Switch

I have recently run into a situation where a previous network administrator has left an organization and did not provide the console login to this hardware. Is there a "back door" to access this switch without the console login username and password? Is there a default username and password that can be used to access this hardware?

No there is no way or backdoor for the console access.

But if you have SSH Access to the device you can change.

or else you need to go proceedure for password recovery, which required device to be down for sometime.
