Cisco Catalyst 6509 switch loses Stateful Switch Over during Upgrade

Current IOS in this switch is s72033-ipbasek9-

vz.122-33.SXH5.bin .

When we try to upgrade the Switch with

s72033-ipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-33.SXH8a.bin  the switch reboots with 5mins downtime.

The Network is very critical and we cannot afford even 3 sec downtime.

We have 6 switches in all to upgrade with redundant SUP 720 with SSO Mode configured.

When I check on Cisco website, I came to know that I need a new IOS that is

redundancy compatible with the old IOS.

Can anyone please guide me to the location where I can find this license (without smartnet) or suggest the IOS versio that I could try.

Kindly help me find the ios File version and

filename link that we can use for upgrading that

is redundancy compatible with this current ios,

so that we will not have any downtime during the

upgrade.

Redundant supervisor is supported in SXI (I think).  I ain't going to "recommend" you to a specific IOS but read the Release Notes and make the decision yourself.
