I have 2 9200-48P switches with network-advantage license on them and I can't get to connect to each other using 10-gigabit SFP. They are running SW version 17.03.04 and these are the first switches we are deploying with SW version 17. If I replace the SFP with 1-gigabit, they are able to see each other with CDP neigh. Sh inventory sees the 10-gigabit SFP and the port shows conected and up. I have had no other issue with using this port config on other same model switches, but the only difference in those is the SW version, running different version of 16. SFP are 10Gtek 10GBase-SR-SFP+ and the network module on both switches are 4x10G Uplink Module, C9200-NM-4X.
Port config is very basic:
switchport mode trunk
auto qos trust dscp
spanning-tree portfast trunk

Is there a reason to why I should downgrade to 17.3.3 versus upgrading to 17.3.4b? Just curious?

Thanks for that suggestion Leo Lahoo. Downgraded these 2 to 17.3.3 and they were able to connect with the 10GB sfp on the trunk ports. Then also wanted to put this out there that I also then tried updating them to version 17.3.4b, but still had the same issue even though that is gold star version on Ciscos website. So then installed version 17.3.5 on both jus to see, this version also worked with the 10GB sfp.

Cisco's "gold star" is not the same as Cisco's famed "Safe Harbour".
Firmware version with "gold star" does not hold any "currency" other than "bragging rights" (until the wheels start falling off).
Cisco Safe Harbour, however, is a class on it's own that had no comparison.
