I have a Cisco Catalyst 9200 switch that experiences slow performance when accessing the Web UI. I have three switches of the same model, and all are showing the same issue. I access these switches from the same VLAN.
When I log into the Web UI, it takes about 30 seconds for the dashboard to load. Similarly, when I navigate to other sections like Licensing or the User Account tab, it takes another 30 seconds to load. However, logging in via SSH works normally and is responsive.
The switches are still in their default configuration, and there are no abnormal CPU, memory, or log messages.
Do you have any suggestions as to what could be causing this issue?
Any suggestions what it can be?

Any reason why the stack is on a single-release 17.14.1 instead of, say, 17.12.4?

it's not a stack, is a standalone switch.

If all switches are showing the same issue, it may indicate a problem with the network path, please check ping and traceroute to verify connectivity and latency between your PC and the switch's management IP
