Cisco Catalyst 9500 after reload last configure is lost

Hi All

I'm having issue about Cisco Catalyst 9500 .i was recheck about Switch after reload , switch became lost of last configuration . and I try check with this command

Device#dir bootflash

%Error opening bootflash:/bootflash (No such file or directory)

how to can i troubleshoot?

i am not sure before implement , my team has a use command "factory-reset all" .

That command will erase the contents of the bootflash, including the IOS-XE file.  

Like I said, I do not see anything wrong.  What, exactly, is the problem?

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

1. sh version
2. dir
3. dir bootflash:/core
4. dir crashinfo:
5. sh log on up detail

The syntax is incorrect.  
Correct syntax is either "dir" or "dir bootflash:" (colon at the end).
