Cisco Catalyst 9k licensing for stacking

Hi all,

I have some concerns about licensing Cisco Catalyst 9k Switches for stacking feature.

According official data sheets: 

C9200 and 9300 are using StackWise and Stacking bandwidth is defined by the model and C9500 are using StackWise Virtual.

The question is what type and duration of license is needed if we need stacking option for each model and no DNA  subscription is needed?

Hello @goranje 

For a classic physical stack on a 9200 or 9300 series, Network Essentials license is sufficient for stacking, as long as all members are at the same level...
