Hi!
Two Cisco 3750X can be stacked together to ensure redundancy.
Is the attached topology feasible for access layer redundancy?

Yes, Just make sure your uplinks are in Portchannel.

The redundancy should be such that if the first link connecting the Access Layer switch to the first core switch goes down (Link 1), the Access Layer switch should be able to still get access through the link connecting it to the second core switch (Link 2).
Which of the follwing solutions are feasible:
Floating static routes can then also be configured when using the redundancy protocols to choose the best route?
Please see attached desired topology.

Hello,
You could stack the two 3750's together, this would make them logically one and you would not need to do any HSRP,VRRP,OR GLBP for redundancy. This way you could do multichassis etherchannel between the stack and the access switches. You would just configure the SVI interface needed on the 3750 stack. That is what I would suggest and it would achieve your redundancy requirements (as long as you do multichassis etherchannel).
Access SW1 ====etherhchannel==== 3750 Stack ====etherhchannel==== Access SW2

But if the core switches are hosted in different buildings, this will not enable stacking.
Can HSRP,VRRP,OR GLBP be used for redundancy via the Ethernet ports?

Yes, the design you have for Access Switches that is Good per redundancy, but still there is question for redundancy between CORE switches, for same you can use Etherchannel which will provide you the redundancy as well as good bandwidth throughput. (e.g 100 Mb x 2 = 200 Mb Etherchannel Pipe).
