Cisco direct TAC support

Hi All,

We have around 20 critical devices out of 150 (including routers, switches, firewalls).
We bought two 2951 and 4 1921 routers recently.
Now we are looking to have cisco TAC support.

Can someone tell me what is the process interms how we can get cisco TAC support and how much it costs?
Will we get any free support as we bought 6 rotuers recently?

Hi Jopeti,

The best way to get support for your equipment is by talking to your sales rep.  Cisco devices usually come with a year of warranty from the time of the purchase, but if you need to buy extended warranty, talk to your sales person.
