What type of license, apart from the Base I need in a 3595, if I am going to use it as a logs server?

what do you mean by 'logs server' ? Syslog ?

We have assembled a cluster with 3595 and another 3595. We want the one that is only receiving the cluster's log, as a collector. It would work as SYSLOG
I think that for the cluster I need the license BASE + PLUS + APEX, because we have groups and policies with radius and TACACS + authentication.
What I'm not sure is that the license to part of the BASE I need for the node that is alone.
