Cisco ISR 4431 Router E1 Controller Time slots Not Detected

Hi,

i get this error when trying to add timeslots 0 to 31. KIndly help to resolve the Issue

%Insufficient resources to create channel group

Here below my E1 Controllers Config

controller E1 0/1/0

framing NO-CRC4

linecode ami

channel-group 0 timeslots 31 speed 64

it Got "2-port Multiples Trunk Voice/Clear-Channel Data T1/E1 Module" 

its supports 0-31 timeslots
