I've the same problem. CNA 6.3.4 with CISCO SF300 series. The displayed message is: "Unsupported Device".

In documentation, the CISCO SF300 series says they are supported. The community is configured and the snmp server is enable.

any suggestion?

I solved the problem by updating the firmware version. The switch had version 1.3.5.58 installed and it did not work.
Then I downgrade to 1.2.7.76 and it works!!!!
Then I updated to 1.4.11.5 and it works too.
