All,
What needs to be configure on the SF300 so the Cisco Network Assistant can can manage it. The only error is Cannot Connect.

you may have not enabled http access on your switch . Please try adding below command :-
ip http server
Also make sure source from you are accessing is not blocked in any access list

According to the release notes release 6.1 added support for these switches
SF300-08, SF302-08, SF302-08MP, SF302-08P, SF302-08PP, SF302-08MPP, SF300-24, SF300-24P, SF300-24MP
– SF300-24PP, SF300-48, SF300-48P, SF300-48PP
– SG300-10, SG300-10MP, SG300-10MPP, SG300-10SFP, SG300-10P, SG300-10PP, SG300-20, SG300-28,
SG300-28P
– SG300-28PP, SG300-28MP, SG300-52, SG300-52P, SG300-52MP
Can you verify that your switch is one of these?

I've the same problem. CNA 6.3.4 with CISCO SF300 series. The displayed message is: "Unsupported Device".
In documentation, the CISCO SF300 series says they are supported. The community is configured and the snmp server is enable.
any suggestion?

I solved the problem by updating the firmware version. The switch had version 1.3.5.58 installed and it did not work.
Then I downgrade to 1.2.7.76 and it works!!!!
Then I updated to 1.4.11.5 and it works too.
