Cisco Nexus 7706 - booting problem - Reset Reason Registers: 0x40 0x0

Hi, I've a new Cisco 7706. When I power on it it continously reboots the module 3 supervisor. I've noticed a "misconfigured" parameter during the boot:

"Reset Reason Registers: 0x40 0x0"

Normally it is 0x10 0x0....

Anyone knows how to change this value?

Thanks a lot!!!

Hi -

How about:

! Wrong Platform
conf t
config-register 0x1
end
copy run start
show version | in register
! Correction momentarily

Sorry... copied some commands from a non-Nexus device.  The message you are getting is an informational code, not a config register.  To the best of my knowledge there's no equivalent to IOS config-registers in NX-OS.  Likely you will need to open a TAC case.
