cisco Nexus9000 one link no come up

Hello to everybody.

This issue is with the interfaces nexux,. New device  new cable, and sfp all new

One side doesn't come up . I changed the negotiation to auto at the same problem; does anyone know why?

now it is conecting trought ssh 10.160.5.228

Again this vpc so it little hard
