Cisco SG200 26P

Hello,
1.
I have cisco SG200, try to create two vlans(701,801), two interfaces GE port are defined as access on each, and GE25 defined as Trunk vlan allowed two vlans.
on the other hand, there's a cisco catalyst 3560G, two vlans already exist on it, Gig0/1 is defined as trunk vlan allowed 701,801, it seems is simple, but no ping on end devices!.
*ip routing is enabled on catalyst 3560G.
Note: replace SG200 with catalyst 2960CX, working fine!.

2.
(SG200 26P), i do firmware upgrade and finished successfully, reboot and starts with old version! why? how can i boot from new firmware?

2 . not sure what went wrong , until upgrade fails to go back to old version, if not it should make new version as active. post some screenshot to undersand.

Simply, How can i do below task on SG200 step by step please?

1.create vlan 2 and vlan 3.

2.GE 1 : access port to valn 2.

3.GE 2 : access port to vlan 3.

4.GE 25: Trunk port allowed vlan 2,3.
