Cisco SG300-28PP SMB Switch Supports 10G Uplink

Hi Community,

We have 4 units of SG300-28PP Small Business managed switches.  We use these switches for BlackBox Agility application and needs to enable 10G for the uplinks to allot enough bandwidth on the switch for multicast application.

I am reading the data sheet http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/small-business-smart-switches/data_sheet_c78-610061.html

to see the specification of the switch. Could you confirm if this switch supports 10G and configure the ports with 10G uplink. Also please guide me on how to configure the switch to work as 10G uplink.

Hello VCsupport17,

As far as I know, there is no 10G uplink port on the SG300.

In the datasheet, there is a section called Ports which clearly describes that SG300 has 1G ports.
