I have recently aquired a Cisco SGE2000 switch and the first thing I did was update to the latest firmware and change password. Now I cant login? Neither my admin / admin dosent work nor the new user I have created. Is there any characters that this dosesnt support like backslashes or forward slashes for password? If not then what can I do to get access to the switch again? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
