Cisco Switch 2960S cannot boot normally

Hello Everyone!

I have problem to my cisco switch. Please see below image to the error:

Only symbol appear while booting the cisco switch.

The led light of the syst of cisco switch are the one blinking....

Are you sure your terminal emulator is set to 9600 - n - 8-1 ?

yes terminal emulator set to 9600-n-8-1 but same probel occur. i try also other settings of bps but still the same.

This appears to be a BAUD rate issue. check to make sure you're using the correct BAUD rate, default is 9600, but people like to get crazy for xmodem transfers and bump it up to a higher value.

i already changed to other baud rate but no match find. Do you have any solution regarding this error?

are you able to get into the password recovery stage? holding the mode button for 15-20 seconds upon power-on?

should prompt you for 'switch:'

Nope, when i try to hold mode button for 15-20 seconds upon power on the immediate prompt are the symbols not the "switch:"
