Cisco Switch 3850-48U-L Error on reload

Alex1962

After issuing "reload" command switch produced following information:
umount: /proc/fs/nfsd: not mounted
Unmounting ng3k filesystems...
Unmounted /dev/sda3...
Warning! - some ng3k filesystems may not have unmounted cleanly...

Is these messages indicate on some kind of problem. Is it possible to fix it?

What firmware is the switch currently on?

Sorry, I should post that in my original question: switch running software version 03.06.06E in INSTALL mode

If this switch is not in production, I would not worry because if the firmware has gone into a fault, there are many ways to put the firmware back into the switch.

Personally, I have have seen this once before and I did not encounter any problems.

Well, it is not in production yet. I want to put this switch in production but would like to clear up warnings. Any help to clear this up?

Step I already tried:
Upgrade to 3.6.8 - same warning
Emergency-install and factory reset - same warning

I think the error messages are fine.

The original version was 3.3.5. I did emergency-install from usb with 3.6.8 - got message on reload:
Warning! - some ng3k filesystems may not have unmounted cleanly...,
then erase startup and mode button to get factory reset, then I did basic configuration - still same warning on reload.
After that I did emergency-install from usb with 3.6.6 - same error message.
Then I convert from INSTALL to BUNDLE with same 3.6.6 - same error message
Then I convert from BUNDLE to INSTALL with same 3.6.6 - same error message
Here is full reload/boot:

Another question I have - Why switch check for FIPS file twice?

Press RETURN to get started!

This means the IOS loaded success fully, or do you have any issue still ?

still issue - we have asked what commands you used to upgrade  ?

My issue:
Warning! - some ng3k filesystems may not have unmounted cleanly...

The command I used to upgrade:
Emergency-install

Can you help to clear "Warning"

    - The warning should be considered minor and unimportant ,

I don't want to deploy switch in production with issues. What version you are using and do you see this "Warning"?
