Cisco switch catalyst 2960 series POE-24

Hello, i use a catalyst 2960 series POE-24 and it's connected to a 650va UPS, but noticed that anytime light goes off the internet connection cuts off, mind you there's a ups connected to it and it doesn't go off; i have access points connected to the switch as well.

But once light goes off, the internet connection has cut off and shows no internet. For more context we use starlink as our ISP 

UPS will still be on, switch will be on but connection already cut off, always have to restart the whole thing before connection comes back.

Any help anyone ?

    - You should start by examining the logs on the 2960  when all of that happens.
                        Is the starlink equipment protected by the UPS too ?

yes the starlink is also connected to the ups
