cisco switch console Unfamiliar loading

hi guys
i have cisco switch with this model WS-C2960+24TC-S LAN lite
i downloaded the last version of Firmware and update the switch to the new update but the new update not working fine and my switch failed to start and when i want to connect by the console the switch show me the these characters and unfamilar mode

 - Are you sure the console worked correctly before the upgrade ? Anyway try tapping the space bar during the boot process , it may help detect auto-speed and baud settings.

yes i am very sure about the console working and i try to click on space
bar but don't show me any thing , really i don't now what i should be to do
the device it boot to start and when i connect any pc to the switch port it
connect to up but the problem i cannot see any thing by console

 Remarkable solution , but anyway : what console infrastructure are you using ? Also make sure all interfacing-parameters are set to standard such as baud (speed) to 9600b.
