Cisco switch is stuck at booting loop with unknown symbols and lines

 I have this problem, cisco switch catalyst 3850 keeps at boot looping, how can I recover?

Make sure you use the right baud rate to get working.

Hi there, I´m trying to run emergency-install from USBFLASH0: from rommon mode, but it shows up this error

take lower USB stick like 8GB and not (USB 3.0 - some may have issue) - make sure it format  FAT.

If you like you can also try TFTP methods, best is USB

Find a Toshiba- or PNY-branded USB flash (<64 Gb).  

Format to FAT16.
