cisco switch problem

Hi dears please give me the solution:

In my network there are 200 cisco switch and 3000 users are using my LAN network

but 

everytimes when i ping my switch its not pinging drop the packet but there is no problem with users.

every 10 packet its drop 20 packet but there is no problem for user.

cable is okey

Hello,

which switches do you have (e.g. 3650/3750) ? A lot of IOS devices have a feature called control plane policing, which include limiting ICMP traffic to and from the switch itself.

Might be normal/expected behavior.

Cisco devices give responding to pings low priority.
