Cisco Switch Requirements

Hi Folks,

Kindly help me to identify which switch can handle some requirements needed. I really confused which switch can possibly meets this requirements.

• Must have the ability to handle special collision situations in which the switch detected excessive or late collisions on a port.
• Web Authentication proxy
• Should have a protocol that enables devices connected through fiber-optic cables to monitor the physical configuration of the cables

and detect when a unidirectional link exists

• Must have the ability to automatically create bundled physical ports to link to another switch, router and server
• Should have a feature that provides automation for deployment of QoS policies
• Should have image verification or equivalent which checks integrity of the software /operating system images
• configurable enabling/disabling of MAC Addresses learning on the per VLAN basis.

Please help me guys.

The RFP information is very generic.  More information is required: 

1.  Budget; 

2.  How many access ports?  

3.  PoE/PoE+/uPoE?

4.  mGIG?

5.  How many uplinks? 

6.  Speed of each uplinks?
