Hi,
We have Cisco switch WS-C3560-48PS-S which got crashed as per the logs, but there is no recent crash dump generated, and crash info is available with very old date.
As per the device log I am able to see there was a crash on the date, please help to identify the reason for this crash

Hi,
This is known bug and try with an upgrade the firmware. If it will fail then book a ticket with TAC.

Don't bother raising a TAC Case. 12.2(50)SE3 is already end-of-support and TAC will most likely recommend upgrading the IOS to either the latest 12.2(55)SE train.
