My name is ali. I am new in Cisco. Now a days i am studying Cisco Switching by myself. When i watched some videos then i feel some confusions. therefore i need a expert who help me. I will pay him weekly.

If you're studying switching, how on earth are you going to learn if you are unable to read the links to different documents? Understanding, for example, the relationship between STP and BPDU guard cannot be summed up in a few words or 140 character Tweet.
