Hello,
how are Cisco Twinax Cables compatible with other vendors?
In my case i want to connect a HPE Simplivity-Server to a WS-C3850-12XS-S via Twinax.
I can't find a compatibility matrix or something like this.
Regards

Hi,
See link for part numbers for Twinax cables:

Hi.
From this Matrix i can't see if it is compatible with simplivity servers.

Hi,
The Matrix is for comparability with the switch and not with the HP server. It should work with the server but to be sure, I would provide the part number to HP and double check with them.

I agree with the notes below. From my own experience, I've connected the Force10 module on a Dell FX2 chassis server to a 3850 using Twinax and it worked great (and saved a lot of money).
