Hello! I have Cisco WS-C2960L-SM-24PS switches
They were with software version 15.2 (6) E2b. After updating the software with version 15.2 (7) E3, as well as the latest 15.2 (7) E4, they do not allow the administration of accounts. They do not accept a new account when I try to add. Do you have the same problem?

as i remember it has but in 15.2 (7) XX code i guess, you need to removed and recreat to work.

other note : when mention administrator account ? Local or using AAA ?

I tried diferent priority level from 1 to 15. The result were the same. After restart.....nothing.
