We have Stack  WS-C3750X-24T-S swiches 1-4 running on 12.2(55)SE3 version.

Due to  recommendation need to upgrade on new version, so we plan to upgrading existing ios to c3750e-universalk9-mz.152-4.E6.bin.

But new ios size in 25 MB and our flash as below...

#dir flash:1:   57671680 bytes total (23256576 bytes free)

#dir flash1:2: 57671680 bytes total (23300608 bytes free

#dir flash2:3:  57671680 bytes total (7247360 bytes free)

#dir flash3:4: 57671680 bytes total (7247360 bytes free)

I presume the "plan" is to COPY the BIN file to all the stack members?

hi,
Thank for reply...

But flash memory not sufficient ..?

If flash memory is insufficient then delete file(s) that are irrelevant.
I'm keen to know why stack members 3 & 4 have very low free space left.
Care to share what the contents of the flash are?

I see that switch member 3 & 4 have been "upgraded" by copying the BIN file across (instead of the recommended "archive download-sw").

Delete the Old files and upload new IOS image, make sure while doing this process, do not reboot and reload the devices.

After succesfull of delete and upload - change the boot varialble, use maintenance window and reload the stack, if possible let have console access and physicall some one available. if the stack was not rebooted for while. ( in case unforseen issue arrises).
