CAN YOU PLEASE ADVISE 10KM, COMPATIBLE SFP MODULE FOR CISCO - WS-C3850S-12S.

OTHER SIDE WE HAVE MOXA SWITCH 'EDS – 608 base module, CM-600-2SSC/2TX, 100BaseFX single-mode port.

I don't think GLC-FE-100LX (up to 10 kms) is supported.
The only way is to use GLC-LH-SMD.

GLC-LH-SMD, shall support 1G, however we need 100MBPS, SFP at other side is MOXA make 'EDS – 608 base module, CM-600-2SSC/2TX, 100BaseFX single-mode port. As per my understandingTwo different (1G & 100MBPS) bandwidths will not work, please correct me?

That is correct. When it comes to SFP, both ends must have the same speed.
