Hi All,
Currently our SRST Router has a High Process Memory , usage almost 81%, see details below. I would like to know if we could fix this by adding additional memory? Also if we can add a memory for Cisco CISCO2951/K9 Router?
SRST-Router#sh proc mem
Processor Pool Total: 261414808 Used: 213734628 Free: 47680180 <<<--- 81%
I/O Pool Total: 46137344 Used: 22768224 Free: 23369120

First troubleshoot if you have a memory leak on any of the processes.
Continue executing that same command and document the output.
If you see processes increasing memory consumption and never decreasing, you have a memory leak.
For further assistance, I highly suggest you open a case with TAC.
