I bought Cisco SG350-28P, but it's restarting automatically, can anyone tell me how can I collect logs?

better to send all logs to the Syslog server. If it is a short window for logs connection or wants to collect boot logs then connect console cable and use putty for logs connection.

You can connect USB and enable logging to collect the logs.
