Communication betwwen Cisco 3750X switch and siemens X212-2LD switch

I am trying to connect the Cisco 3750X switch with Siemens Scalance X212-2LD, I tried setting the cisco switch port in access mode as well as in trunk mode. but the siemens switch is apperaing not connected. layer 1 single mode fiber connectivity is through and the other end siemens switch is directly connect with the fiber no module is used at siemes switch end. is there any ios command to be applied on cisco switch interface to make the communication successful?

Are the transceivers the same on both switches? Have you tried reversing the fiber pairs?

Transceiver is only used at Cisco switch end and the at the other end Siemens switch is directly connected via ST connector. after troubleshooting i came to knw that the cisco switch is not receiving enough Rx Power. later tried Rj45 to connect the cisco switch 2960 with the Siemens switch, its get connected with unknown protocol drop packets on the interface. I guess this is related to cdp packets
