my customer is using WS-C3750X-24T-S and needs to be replaced but the contract has expired , as per inventory i have WS-C3750X-24P-L and WS-C3750-24TS-81U , please let me know which will work

you can replace it with any WS-C3750X model (since you have inventory) - make sure IOS Code as the same as the working one. (if you adding to stack)

Depends on what features customer requires from the switch to be replaced.

Your candidate 3750 (non "G") should only have 10/100 ports. Also it may not support the IOS version currently being used.

Your candidate 3750X, I believe, might be a LanBase (-L) version vs. your other being an IPBase (-S) version.

I.e. neither candidate might be suitable.
