config mode is locked cisco 4507

Hi,

One of our Cisco 4507 is config mode is locked.

Power consumed by backplane : 40 Watts

We connect the console on the module 4 and it's showing blank.

then we did the remove the module and put it back and it's same issue.

 - Difficult to tell , could be hardware failure. My advise to re-seat the module (secondary supervisor), but before doing so have native console connected and watch the output when the module is inserted again. Check for errors , if any.

We did the re seat the module and same blank screen is showing.
