Hello there!
can someone suggest a cisco guideline/tutorial to setup a 2 tiers L2 fabric with Cisco 9000 series? Two redundant L3 core switches with several pairs of L2 ToR access switches. All configured for multi-chassis redundancy.

thanks and regards.

An L2 "fabric"?  As in leaf-and-spline, or just two layer classical L2?

Cisco "9000 series"?  Nexus or Catalyst?

"Two redundant L2 core switches"?  Offering using FHRP, vPC, StackWise Virtual (or earlier VSS), or classical StackWise?

Since you mention ToR access switches, this is for a data center, correct?

Hi,

thanks for replying. I was thinking about the configuration as in the posted picture from another vendor. Yes it is for a small DC. I was thinking about Nexus and vPC, bit am not an expert of Cisco, so would like to get some advice and documentation to read to start with.

My second referenced link, in my prior reply, was intended to be the "web page" that link (the first) was drawn from, which is:

More worthwhile info within the other links on the page.
