Connecting 4500-x with hp e5406

i have two 4500-x with SFP-10G-SR  and i want to connect it to hp e5406 switches with SFP SX j4858C

are they supported to each other

and i want to ask over all are there any document that describe any comptability matrix that any sfp can work with others or not.

As far as I know, there is no compatibility metric document for HP and Cisco SFP+ optics.  Usually HP devices will work with Cisco SFPs, but you would need to try and test it, as you can't be 100% sure.

It should work as both are SR/SX. make sure you are using multimode fiber of short distance <350mtrs

In general SR/SR, LR/LX, ZR/ZX works each other with few exception on cable length and optical power rating. You can always Google it ;-)
