Connecting Switches Via Fiber

I am new to Cisco switches as I am just putting these in my home and trying to link the three with fiber using Cisco FSP+ modules.  I have them installed and connected but there is no FSP activity or link.  I have modules installed in every port which is total over kill but I know that.  Modules were cheap so just got them and filled the ports.  Can always use later in the event of a failure.  Here is what I have.  Want to connect the two POE switches back the the 2960 and then connect to my router.  Eventually I would love to find a good Router that has a FSP+ port on the LAN side to connect to the 2960 as well for speed.  Not sure my options there but I got to get things talking first between switches, if possible.

Switches:

Csico 3560-POE-24    - (2 Units)

Cisco  2960-S-24    - (1 Unit)

FSP+ Modules  (8 units)

FET-10G Modules

Cable --- LC to LC Duplex  (2 -- 20M cables)

I am sure I have some simple settings that need changing.  Not been able to really get the Web interface going good to see the activity on the switches and the port setup.  I am new to this level of equipment but wanted it for my home to have more function.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  You guys have been great thus far with my lack of smarts.....lol.

FET-10G Modules   - Not sure this will have support on your model of switch - (as far as i know this SFP used to connect FEX's)

Cisco FET-10G module

The Cisco FET-10G Fabric Extender Transceiver supports link lengths up to 100m on laser-optimized OM3 or OM4 multimode fiber. It is supported on fabric links from a Nexus 2000 to a Cisco parent switch only. Note this product is not orderable individually. For more information refer to Nexus 2000 datasheet: https://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/switches/ps9441/ps10110/data_sheet_c78-507093.html.

 - When you install  a module on a switch issue show logging and watch for errors, if any. Also use the below app for compatibility checking :
