converging time -rstp

Hi,

I am running VSS ON 6000 series  switches as distribution and on edge side  4000 series 

both are rstp enabled .

link are not  aggregated

When uplink loses it takes  around 5 minute to converge .so during this time switch loses  connectivity 

Please help

Can you post relavant spanning tree confiuration on both the side ? along with Port-channel config ?

This is from edge side
spanning-tree mode rapid-pvst
spanning-tree portfast default
spanning-tree extend system-id

This is from dist side

spanning-tree mode rapid-pvst
spanning-tree extend system-id
spanning-tree vlan 1-4094 priority 0

There is no portchannel configured between dist and edge switch
