Copy File to 4500-X

Hi 

so i am about to upgrade a 4500-X VSS Cluster. and when i start to Copy files to it it will not finish: 

copy scp://ciscoroot:Password@1.1.1.1/cat4500e-universal.SPA.03.11.04.E.152-7.E4.bin slavebootflash:

I have tested bootflash: and slavebootflash same error.  

the current version is cat4500e-universalk9.SPA.03.04.04.SG.151-2.SG4.bin

Do not use SCP.  Try TFTP.

Does the flash have enough space for the existing and the new IOS?

Indeed there is enough Room on the Flash

Hi,

The 4500-X comes with a USB Type-A port you can probably use, but that would require someone to physically insert a flash into the USB port.

have you tried just

copy scp: bootflash:

and followed the prompts?

Dint work, same thing will just stop after awhile. 

and then by magic it worked.

rann the command 8 times and it worked the 9th. 

I have a good Connection i dont understand this. 

first time it was DL stoped, i would hit enter and it would keep going, ( !!!!!!! STOPED, HIT ENTER !!!!!!) that happend a few times. ( hade to babysit it.

after that i copy the file to the slave and no babysittning needed.
