the command only with clear is # clear config lock , can not find clear config all or clear config mode rmon or all .

Try, "Write Erase". After that if you reboot the switch, it will load with no configs.

Hi , the vlans still found after use this command , also after erase all nvram still found .

The VLAN.dat file is located in the constant-nvram: sub-directory.
